Requirements:

• experience in recruiting – from 1 year;
• knowledge of IT/Internet Marketing market is a big plus;
• experience with various searching techniques (headhunting, direct search etc);
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• English – intermediate+;

Responsibilities:

• full-cycle search, selection and recruitment of personnel;
• maintenance of candidates database;
• research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
• participation in other HR Department activities.
