Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical, economics, management etc);
• PMI certificate or MBA is a plus;
• Extensive experience in international IT / e-commerce / web-development company as must;
• Good knowledge of IT-development or IT-outsourcing market;
• Knowledge of Western / USA market’s specification;
• Experience in management, creating of new IT-products / IT-outsourcing;
• Perfect communication skills;
• English – Upper-intermediate+

Responsibilities:

• Management of Web-development products (IT-outsourcing) – full cycle;
• Management of market and competitors research;
• Marketing and financial strategy development (new business);
• Main goals creation and implementation.
