Time & Material (T&M) Business Model is an effort-based model with costs being calculated based on total project effort reported by allocated resources and pre-negotiated hourly rate. Time and Materials model enables the client to develop and adjust software requirements specification on the ongoing basis, thus achieving higher level of flexibility. Also the Client will be able to change priorities in tasks execution during the development stage.
Devellar reports to the Client on the actual amount of hours spent for certain tasks during project utilization. The project is divided proportionally on the 2-3 weeks sprints, due to Agile software development methodology, and the Customer pays for its execution at the end of each sprint based on actual hours spent on it.
